Lefebvre to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective today. Most recently, Lefebvre, who has had an extensive career in the energy industry, was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Superconductor Corp., Westborough, MA. “Millennium Cell is pleased to welcome Roland in this important role,” said Dr. Stephen S.
