Seaport Chartering Adopts ShipDecision Technology.

Seaport Chartering Corporation selected ShipDecision technology for its New York Brokerage. Greenwich Shipping Opts for ShipDecision

Greenwich Shipping Services is the latest New York area Maritime brokerage to choose ShipDecision technology to support its business. “We had a great deal of historical information that we did not want to lose, including over a hundred thousand emails,” said veteran broker Bill Quinn, in explaining his decision to move from a legacy system to a web-based solution. “The ShipDecision team taught me how to use the system, had me up and running in a day, and transferred my data within a 48 hour time span.

Perduto VP N American Sales ,ShipDecision

Veteran mariner and maritime transportation executive James Perduto has been appointed to lead the North American sales initiatives for ShipDecision technology. Based in N.Y., James assumes responsibility for spearheading sales of the company’s web-based business information management solution, both in the United States and Canada. Perduto has extensive business development experience in the maritime transportation industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for Höegh Autoliners Inc. in N.Y. In addition to his commercial background James has held leadership positions as a U.S. Navy Commander while mobilized with The Joint Chiefs of Staff and a Military Sealift Command Expeditionary Port Unit.

ShipDecision Technology Distributed in India

K. Chidambaram and R.K. Mohanty of MC HR Management Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Albert R. Carbone of Stelvio Inc., Montreal Canada, announce an agreement which will see Stelvio’s ShipDecision software distributed in India.
