Subsea7 Secures Contract Extension for Seven Viking Subsea Vessel

VARD Snags $125M Shipbuilding Deal for Subsea Construction Vessel

VARD signed a contract with Taiwan's Dong Fang Offshore for the design and construction of one Offshore Subsea Construction Vessel, with option(s). The vessel is of VARD 3 39 design, and the value of the contract is $125 million. DOF’s Skandi Implementer Vessel Returns to GoM for Two Subsea Projects

Norwegian offshore supply vessel operator DOF Group has secured contracts for two subsea construction projects which will be executed with its Skandi Implementer subsea vessel.Skandi Implementer, which recently departed Mexico following contract termination after payment default from a client, has been scheduled for work with two international oil companies, whose name has not been disclosed.Designed for subsea construction, IRM & ROV services up to 3000 m depth, the vessel was built in 2008.

Aurora Offshore Welcomes First of Three Sea1 High-End Subsea Vessels

Norwegian vessel management and operations services provider Aurora Offshore, pat of Borealis Group, has welcomed the first of three high-end subsea vessels to the fleet as part of vessels transfer agreed with Sea1 Offshore.The transferred ship, Siem Stingray, is a state-of-the-art subsea vessel built in 2014 and has a 250t AHC Crane, 1300 m2 Deck Area and Accommodation for 110 People.The change of management has been completed between the vessel’s work scope, which is on long term contract with Subsea7.Earlier in January, Aurora Offshore welcomed Siem Pearl and Siem Challenger to itsfleet.
