Eagle LNG Receives Draft EIS

Eagle LNG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ferus Natural Gas Fuels, informed that the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) granted the company their draft environmental impact statement (DEIS).The draft EIS puts Eagle LNG on a clear path to FID on the Jacksonville Export Project and continues Eagle LNG’s success in using small-scale LNG to supply bunkering to the marine industry and to provide small scale LNG cargoes to markets in the Caribbean.“Our customers, and potential clients, join us in being encouraged that FERC has released the DEIS ahead of schedule. It moves us considerably closer to meeting our goal of expanding clean burning, domestic, and affordable LNG supply for marine bunkering and for small-scale LNG projects in the Caribbean.

Magnolia LNG Receives Final FEIS

Liquefied  Natural  Gas Limited and Magnolia LNG LLC (Magnolia) announced that the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Magnolia LNG (MLNG) project in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and the associated Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline (KMLP) Lake Charles Expansion Project on 13 November 2015. Issuance of the FEIS represents the culmination of FERC Staff’s environmental and safety review of the proposed MLNG and KMLP projects. FEIS for Magnolia LNG Project Due in November

The Directors of Liquefied Natural Gas Limited advised that the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued the Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review (SER) for the company’s Magnolia LNG Project, setting November 16, 2015 as the anticipated date for issuance of the project’s final environmental impact statement (FEIS). The SER is a critical milestone for the Magnolia LNG project, the company said. In addition to establishing the FEIS issuance date, it also establishes a 90‐day post‐FEIS decision deadline for all agencies responsible for issuing related federal authorizations including FERC. Magnolia LNG Project Progress with FERC

Liquefied Natural Gas Limited w ishes to provide an update on the status of Information Requests from the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in relation to the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia LNG LLC (MLNG). The Company is pleased to report that it submitted on the requested date its full and complete response to the FERC Engineering Data information request. As noted in previous releases, these information requests are part of the normal process for applications filed under Sections 3 and 7 of the Natural Gas Act for LNG terminalsin the United States, and allows FERC to clarify certain aspects of the filings to assist them to complete and issue a draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Magnolia LNG project.
