Northrop Grumman Corporation
has named Mark Carroll vice president and business manager
of U.S. Navy programs for the Ship Systems sector.
In this role, Carroll will be responsible for the management
and oversight of all financial and contractual requirements for current
and future Navy programs. This includes financial strategy,
forecasting and reporting and program estimating, pricing, and earned
value management, and managing all contractual relationships.
Carroll previously served as vice president of contracts and
business management for expeditionary warfare programs where he was
responsible for proposal development, negotiations and administration
for prime contracts and major subcontracts, as well as all business
management functions. Previously, he served as director of programs
business management for all Northrop Grumman Ship Systems programs.
He began his career in 1980 and has held increasingly
responsible positions in business management. Roles included
estimating and pricing manager, contracts manager, program control,
financial planning and site business manager.
Carroll earned his bachelor's degree in business administration
with a concentration in accounting from the University of Baltimore.
