NSWC Carderock Receives 2005 ManTech Achievement Award

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division received the 2005 Defense Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Achievement Award by the U.S. Office of Naval Research for extraordinary accomplishments on DD(X), the Navy’s next-generation multirole surface combatant. The 2005 ManTech Achievement Award specifically recognizes a project that addresses a design challenge using composite-to-steel joint development for DD(X).
