Crowley Organizational Changes
Crowley announced several management changes within its logistics services group. Robert (Bob) Weist has been promoted to vice president of sales and will be responsible for all business development functions and North American transportation services, including trucking and rail. He remains domiciled in Jacksonville and reports to Steve Collar, senior vice president and general manager, logistics.
Crowley Organizational Changes
Crowley Maritime Corporation has made several organizational changes within its contract services and marine operations groups. John Ara has been named vice president, contract services, and Chris Peterson has been named vice president, marine operations, both reporting to John Douglass, senior vice president and general manager, Atlantic and Gulf services and Rocky Smith, senior vice president and general manager, Pacific and West Coast services.
Crowley Organizational Changes
Crowley announced changes in leadership and company organization involving its logistics, technical services and marine salvage business lines. Rinus Schepen, Crowley's senior vice president and general manager of logistics, has announced his retirement effective in June 2009. Schepen, a 20-year Crowley veteran, has been a significant contributor to the company's success and will continue to work for Crowley on special assignments in retirement.
