Sri Lanka’s Dockyard Says Only Talks no Shipyards

Colombo Dockyard Ltd. (CDL) said it was in the preliminary stage of talks with Croatian shipbuilders on possible collaboration but says there is no joint venture plan for a yard in Hambantota.
