The U.S. Coast Guard searched on Tuesday for two missing Cuban rafters after the 11 others on their homemade vessel were plucked safely on Monday from the waters off Miami.

Enterprise Marine Services, a subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., is making a major commitment to Z-Drives for the U.S. inland waterways. They currently have four Z-Drive boats in service and have taken delivery of two new Z-Drive vessels from Sneed Shipbuilding in Texas with three more under construction. The new vessels, named Sheridan A and Terry H, were built by Sneed Shipbuilding, Inc., Channelview, Texas. They measure 87 by 34 by 11.5 feet and have a 34-foot 10-inch eye level.

Finning has opened its £8 million purpose-built National Distribution Center in Cannock to support its continued customer growth in after sales support and maintenance. The warehouse facility in Cannock houses all of the dealership’s engines plus 60,000 different product lines, all of which are available for next day delivery. St. Lawrence Seaway Workers Threaten to Strike
Union workers on the St. Lawrence Seaway, the waterway that links the Great Lakes and the Atlantic Ocean, have given notice of a possible strike, which could start on Friday afternoon, Unifor, Canada's largest private sector union, said on Tuesday. The not-for-profit St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corp could not immediately be reached for comment. During another dispute with the same union in 2008, the corporation said a strike could close the Seaway.

M3nergy Berhad celebrated the completion of their latest FPSO vessel, Ratu Nusantara, at a launch ceremony at the Keppel Shipyard in Singapore. Under the auspices of SKK Migas and PC Ketapang II Ltd (PCK2L), the newly named vessel will embark on its inaugural voyage for the Bukit Tua oil and gas field in Indonesia operated by PETRONAS. Ratu Nusantara, a converted FPSO, has been constructed from a 1994-built Aframax tanker, 'Scorpius' which was meted out in the last quarter of 2013.

Snøhvit cargo number 500 was loaded at Melkøya on Mondaym October 27, Statoil said. Since startup in 2007, more than NOK 80 billion worth of LNG has been dispatched from Melkøya. The special vessel Arctic Voyager is the 500th to visit Melkøya and Hammerfest to carry product from the Snøhvit plant.
