ACB Expands Facility

ACB has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Jansen Inc. to have a new manufacturing facility built in Ferndale, Wash. Jansen Inc. will provide ACB with 190,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility plus a separate 10,000 sq ft. general office building on the I-5 Industrial Center property in Ferndale. The new facility will allow ACB to increase their annual production capacity to 400 boats to meet the current and future demands of their growing recreational, commercial, and government contracts. As part of their expansion plans, ACB is in the process of executing a new lease for an additional 12,000 square. feet in Fairhaven from the Port of Bellingham. With the additional space, ACB will occupy about 72,000 square feet at the Port’s Fairhaven Marine Industrial Park.


Marine Software Ltd Delivers Marine Planned Maintenance

Kvichak Marine Will Build Two Marine Transport Vessels

Seattle, WA – Kvichak Marine Industries Inc. was recently awarded a contract by Puget Sound Energy to design and build one each 32’ and 38’ Marine Transport Vessels for PSE’s Baker River Hydroelectric Project.  The vessels will be used at a new downstream fish-passage facility PSE is constructing behind the utility’s Lower Baker Dam to further enhance fish populations in the Skagit-Baker watershed in northwest Washington.
