The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) with regard to the proposed Cape Wind Energy Project on Horseshoe Shoal in Nantucket Sound. Texas Taking Bids on Offshore Wind Leases
The Texas General Land Office is accepting bids for the right to produce energy in the Gulf of Mexico.
