Dubois Appointed CFO of CMA CGM Group

CMA CGM Group announced the appointment of Olivier Dubois as Group Chief Financial Officer. He will replace Jean-Yves Schapiro who has decided to take on new challenges outside the shipping industry. Olivier Dubois graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1976 and IEP Paris (Business Administration) in 1978. His experience has spanned over 30 years: from 1980 to 1991 at Banque Paribas; from 1991 to 2002, Director and Executive Officer in charge of Administration, Finance, Tax, IT, Legal and Strategy at SPIE Group; from October 2002 to April 2009, President and Chief Financial Officer at Technip Group; and from May 2009 to February 2010, Executive Officer at Theolia.
