Senesco Makes FTZ Application

The Department of Commerce issued a Notice stating that an application has been submitted by the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation requesting authority on behalf of Southeastern New England Shipbuilding Corporation (Senesco) to construct and repair oceangoing vessels under foreign trade zone (FTZ) procedures. Comments on this application must be submitted by July 7. 70 Fed. Reg. 29477 (HK Law).
