Harp, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in the Bank of America 2008 Energy Conference being held November 13-14, 2008 in Key Biscayne, Florida.

The Company's presentation at the conference will be webcast live with an accompanying slideshow on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 1:50 p.m. Eastern Time.
