Broström Sells Ship Agency in Oxelösund

Beside the operations within product tanker shipping, Broström has a network of ship agencies in several ports along the Swedish coast. They offer ship clearance, forwarding and chartering services for ship owners and other industry customers. One of the companies within the network is Percy Tham i Oxelösund AB, which since 2001 has been jointly owned 50/50 by Broström and Transatlantic European Services AB, a company within the listed group Transatlantic. Broström has now entered into an agreement whereby the company has sold its shares in Percy Tham to Transatlantic.
