Bulker Blocks Brazil Entrance

The Hong Kong-flag bulker Dyna Gemini was blocking shipping at Sepetiba, Brazil, after running aground in the middle of the access/exit channel, Reuters reported. The 151,066-dwt bulker was carrying 170,000 tons of iron ore from Sepetiba for an unknown destination. Dyna Gemini was being assisted by tugs and a dredger. No damage or pollution has been reported so far. - (Reuters)
