Digital System Resources Awarded Modification to Contract

Digital System Resources, Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $7,400,320 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract to exercise an option for fiscal year 2002 Multi-Purpose Processor (MPP) production. The MPP provides hardware and software processing for the towed array on submarines and surface ship platforms. Work will be performed in Fairfax, Va., and is expected to be completed by February 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
