Exmar Sells Carli Bay

Exmar has sold its 25,000 cubic meters fully refrigerated LPG/NH3 vessel (built MHI 1998) to ABG Sundal Collier. The vessel will be delivered to the new Owners during the middle of October following drydock in .

The net sale price amounts to $49.5m. Exmar will realize a capital gain of about $20m and generate a cash surplus of $35.3m that will be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2008.
