Brown & Root Energy Services is a business unit of Halliburton Company. Operating from onboard semi-submersible Borgny Dolphin, SubSea International's ROV systems. include a custom-built heavy launch and recovery system, a four-point guide wire cursor system and a Pioneer work-class ROV.
