IMO Notification at Ports Where VOC are Regulated

The IMO issued a Circular reminding member governments of their obligation to notify the IMO of the ports and terminals where emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are regulated. To date, only one member government has provided the required notification. MEPC.1/Circ.509 Source: HK Law
