Bay Diesel & Generator Distributes NREC Power Systems

Bay Diesel & Generator has been named the east coast distributor for NREC Power Systems' EPA certified exhaust emissions reduction systems for large diesel engines. NREC Power Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Railway Equipment Company, with 10 locations throughout the United States and Canada. They re-manufacture EMD, Caterpillar, Alco, and General Electric Diesel Engines for the marine, power generation, and transportation industries. In 2002, NREC Power Systems received the first American Bureau of Shipping Certificate for their emissions technology from the International Maritime Organization.  The certification qualified their remanufacturing process for various large diesel engines to be EPA compliant.
