Delphinus Engineering Gets Contract

Delphinus Engineering, Inc., Eddystone, Pa., is being awarded a $25,722,926 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity, time and materials contract for engineering and technical services relative to shipboard fire protection and survivability upgrades. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va. (40 percent); San Diego (40 percent); and Eddystone (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2007. Contract funds in the amount of $35,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured and advertised in the Commerce Business Daily, with 22 proposals solicited and three offers received.
