Norwegian offshore vessel owner Havila Shipping has sold the platform supply vessel Havila Crusader.Havila Shipping said Friday it had sold the platform supplier to a foreign owner, "who will use the vessel outside the offshore industry. "The firm said that the sale was completed at the requirement of a lender in accordance with the clauses of the restructuring agreement. Built in 2010 by Hellesøy Yard, the 85-meter long Havila Crusader is a platform supply vessel of the VS 485 CD design.

Solstad Offshore ASA announced that Prysmian Powerlink Srl has exercised its option to extend the firm contract for construction support vessel (CSV) Normand Pacific with one year.The firm period will expire on December 31, 2022, Solstad Offshore said, adding that Prysmian has the option to extend the contract with two years beyond the firm period.The 122.4-meter-long Normand Pacific has been on charter with Prysmian since August 2016. Norwegian vessel owner Siem Offshore has agreed to sell two anchor handling tug and supply vessels Siem Garnet and Siem Diamond.Siem Offshore said that the vessels would be sold to an independent third party, for further trading outside the offshore shipping industry. Cyprus-based company active in the oil and gas industry S.D Standard Drilling signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to sell one  large Norwegian built Platform Supply Vessel (PSV), Standard Supporter for USD 15 million.The transaction was completed yesterday (10 December 2019). S.D Standard Drilling Plc. has, through its subsidiary, Standard Supporter AS, received the transaction amount in full.
