ABB's Batteries for KNOT Shuttle Tankers
ABB has won a contract to equip KNOT's shuttle tankers with battery technology and other electric solutions, with the aim of making the vessels fuel-efficient and reducing emissions. Helwan Diesel, Steyr Motors Agreement
Helwan Diesel Engine Company, Kairo, Egypt and Steyr Motors GmbH, Steyr Austria have signed a commercial license agreement for the production and distribution of Steyr four and six cylinder Monoblock diesel engines for applications such as stationary alternators, pump drive systems and commercial vehicles.
