Krishnapatnam Port was felicitated in this category based on the parameters of operational performance, infrastructure development & customer satisfaction. This is further proven by the 100% growth rate in volume throughput achieved by handling 16.1 Mn MT in FY 2009-10 vis-a-vis 8.1 Mn MT in FY 2008-09.
