Gazprom GDRs Listed On Singapore Exchange

Today Gazprom's unrestricted American Depositary Shares (the Global Depositary Receipts or the GDRs) were granted an introductory listing and included in the quotation list of the Singapore Exchange. The listing of Gazprom's GDRs on the Singapore Exchange is a significant result of the Company's efforts to broaden its investor base globally. Investors from the Asia-Pacific region are getting access to Gazprom's remarkable long-term growth. Gazprom is committed to creating long-term value for all its shareholders, and the Singapore listing will positively support the liquidity of Gazprom's shares. This step aims to bring Gazprom to the ultimate goal of 24-hour trading of the Company's securities on international platforms.

Transocean Ltd. Announces Schedule for Second Dividend Installment and Currency Election Period

Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) today announced the schedule for the second installment of its dividend of approximately U.S. $1 billion to be paid out of additional paid in capital. The second installment is $0.79 per outstanding share, or approximately $252.7 million in total, based on the current number of the company's outstanding shares. The dividend is denominated in U.S. dollars and represents the second of four installments totaling $3.16 per outstanding share. The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company's Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2011. For shareholders who choose to receive the second dividend installment in Swiss francs, the dividend payment will be converted into Swiss francs as transacted by BNY Mellon on or about September 14, 2011.

GMR Combines with Arlington Tankers

General Maritime Corporation (GMR) announced that Historic General Maritime and Arlington Tankers Ltd. have completed their combination to form public company to be known as General Maritime Corporation (formerly known as Galileo Holding Corporation). In accordance with the terms of their merger agreement, Historic General Maritime and Arlington each became wholly-owned subsidiaries of General Maritime. All outstanding shares of both companies were exchanged for shares of General Maritime.
