Roger Cairns, Miguel Caparros, Jean-Pierre capron, Jacques deyirmendjian, Jean-Pierre Lamoure, Claude Mandil, Roger Milgrim, Rolf-Erik Rolfsen, Pierre Vaillaud and Bruno Weymuller will serve as members of the supervisory board. Shareholders also authorized the Management Board of Technip-Coflexip to buy and sell up to 10 percent of its share capital (2,665,962 shares) at a maximum of $136 per share and a minimum price of $82 per share.
Coflexip Stena Offshore Makes Management Changes
