Baker, Lyman & Co. announced their long anticipated pre-release of CORSAIR TVR Software with interactive product demonstrations held at  the USCG Sub-Chapter M Public Hearing in New Orleans yesterday. The USCG and AWO have sought scalable & affordable solutions for the proposed Sub-Chapter M rules and CORSAIR TVR is Baker Lyman's version of an electronic Towing Vessel Record which meets or exceeds safety, assessment, inspection, and training recordkeeping & documentation requirements.
