APM Launches Gothenburg Gateway

New FSRU Concept Stems from ABS, HHIC Project

ABS partners with HHIC to advance safety and set standards in new FSRU design concept. Working with Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Co., Ltd. (HHIC) as it completed a new Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) design concept, ABS provided safety guidance and advice on regulatory compliance throughout concept development. “Industry is exploring options for getting gas to new and expanding markets,” said ABS Vice President for Global Gas Solutions Patrick Janssens.

GAC Marine Logistics Shifts Central Office to Singapore

In a move that brings it closer to key Asian markets, ship spares logistics specialist GAC Marine Logistics (GML) has relocated its head office to Singapore. The Asia Pacific region is home to a large number of ship owners and ship management companies who take advantage of the unique GML door-to-deck sourcing and delivery solution. By moving the company's central hub from Dubai in the UAE to Singapore, GML is placing itself at the heart of that growing market as well as in the same time zone.

Marine Urea Supplier Offers World-wide Delivery

UK-based EcoAdBlue offers world-wide delivery of its marine urea, a liquid used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SRC) systems for marine diesel engines. GAC Marine Logistics adds Three

The GAC Marine Logistics (GML) team has expanded with three new positions, based in Dubai and Singapore, created to meet the needs of a growing business which has jumped five-fold since operations began in June 2003. Mr Tony Gennadopoulus has been named Regional Sales Manager based in GML’s global headquarters in Dubai. Tony will be responsible for promoting GML, the GAC Group’s unique ship spares delivery solution to ship owners and management companies in the Middle East and Mediterranean areas. Prior to this appointment, Tony has been with GAC for the past nine years as Business Manager, Logistics Services in Sharjah where he succeeded in securing major accounts in the offshore marine sector.
