Individual $10,000 scholarships to be awarded over four years to one student from each of Maryland's 23 counties and Baltimore City . Applications are now being accepted for the 12th annual Northrop Grumman Corporation Engineering Scholars competition, which will provide  $240,000 in college scholarships across Maryland this year to promising high school seniors interested in studying engineering.
