A Lloyd’s Register Group company has acquired Ødegaard & Danneskiold-Samsøe A/S (ODS), a Danish consultancy specialising in noise, vibration and machinery dynamics. The acquisition will build on the strengths of both organisations and will enable the Lloyd’s Register Group to offer the marine, rail and oil and gas industries a wider range of services designed to solve noise, vibration and machinery performance problems.
