BASS and NTC-M Partner Up
In sync with their objective of “training seafarers using quality software”, BASS and the Norwegian Training Center (NTC-M) in Manila have agreed to establish hands-on training experience for seafarers as the industry moves towards adopting ICT (Information and Communications Technology).
