Baker to Head BOEM's Office of Renewable Energy Programs
The United States' Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) on Tuesday announced Karen J. GL Sees 20-25% Revenue Contribution From Maritime Sector
Germanischer Llyod (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd expects the maritime sector to contribute 20 to 25 percent to its turnover in the region. Germanischer Llyod is a provider of consultancy and certification services to the oil and gas sector, production plants, pipelines and wind energy facilities. Country manager Chandran Thambirajah said the company would not only participate in the local maritime sector but also expand its business to the East Asia region. He also said that the performance of the local maritime sector will depend on the country's economy.
