Bay Diesel & Generator is pleased to announce that Neal Panasky has joined Bay Diesel as a diesel mechanic. Panasky is a retired Chief Engineman, with 24 years served in the United States Navy, and has over 30 years experience in diesel engines. Panasky will be based out of the Bay Diesel & Generator office located at 3736 Cook Blvd., in Chesapeake, Va.
