Distributors can view latest line of “Green” Matrix reverse osmosis and sewage treatment solutions used by major yacht makers and customers like the Canadian Coast Guard.

Aqua-Chem, Inc., a leader in complete global water purification solutions, announced today that it will be demonstrating a comprehensive green line of water treatment, desalination and processing technologies at the 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, taking place October 27-31 at the Broward County Convention Center. Among the “Green” Matrix solutions showcased at Aqua-Chem’s exhibit location at the Fort Lauderdale Bahia Mar Marina 2011, 400/500 Tent 410-411, will be the heavy duty Matrix Silver Series reverse osmosis systems for mega yachts, cruise ships, oil rigs and other large applications, the compact, economical Matrix Emerald Series reverse osmosis systems for the commercial marine market, and the DVZ-JZR “Biomaster”® XS-Series biological sewage treatment system.

“This is a great opportunity for distributors who want to join the Matrix team to see our world class marine solutions up close,” said Jani Trupovnieks, Aqua-Chem International Sales Manager.  “We plan to leave this show with new distributors in high-value markets who want to grow with us.” In addition to providing free tickets for the show to the first 350 people who register to set up a consultation at the Matrix booth, Aqua-Chem is also offering distributors (existing and new) the opportunity to buy one Matrix unit of any size and get one Emerald Series E400 free.  Yacht owners who visit Aqua-Chem’s exhibit will also have the chance to win drawings of three gift certificates, which can be applied either to new Matrix series units or parts and service.

“We are very pleased to be able to share our cutting edge “Green” Matrix water purification solutions in Fort Lauderdale,” said David Gensterblum, President  & CEO of Aqua-Chem.  “Over the years, we have maintained our engineering leadership, while incorporating new environmentally friendly technologies and greater energy efficiency.  Meanwhile, our global footprint continues to expand into growing markets such as Brazil, Russia, India and China.  This combination of great products and worldwide reach has positioned us well for the future.” For more than 70 years, Aqua-Chem has been a world leader in providing innovative water solutions to the offshore oil and gas, military, pharmaceutical, biotech, beverage, commercial marine and industrial markets.  The company’s global base of clients includes the Canadian Coast Guard, the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Navy, and a number of prominent yacht and mega-yacht manufacturers such as Burger Boat, Alloy Yachts, Costa Cruise Line, and Vicem Yachts.
