Wilhelmsen Appoints Hole Business Director

Wilhelmsen Ships Service has appointed Vidar Hole to the position of Business Director responsible for the Maritime Logistics Services portfolio. Hole will drive the design, development and launch of new offers in line with the company’s strategy and identified market and customer needs, across its range of logistics services. This includes developing new services, with particular focus on more complex logistics projects to ensure that they respond to customers’ needs.  In addition, he will be responsible for managing existing offers to ensure they are in line with market demand and regulatory developments. 

Holer has most recently been working as Vice President Logistics, in the Shipping and Logistics Division of Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and has been in the company since 2006. Vidar has a Cand.Merc. degree (PhD Level) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, and a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Management, BI specialising in International Management.
