Zaloom Joins Sea Tow

Sea Tow Services International, Inc., announced the expansion of its Business Technology group with the hiring of technology expert Charles Zaloom. He will serve as the company’s Director of Business Technology, effective immediately. “We are entering a period of extensive growth both physically, through the expansion of our corporate office and our national franchise network, as well as professionally through an increase in strategic business relationships and alliances,” explained Keith Cummings, President of Sea Tow Services International. “We know that capitalizing on the major technological advancements and alliances is the key to sustaining this strategic growth, which is one of Mr. Zaloom’s core competencies. His credentials not only suit our immediate needs but also speak volumes for our company’s future capabilities.” As head of the Business Technology Department, Zaloom will oversee all corporate information technology (IT) activities, navigational aids and communication technologies. Zaloom will also serve as the company’s primary liaison with outside technology vendors and will be responsible for the creation of new business alliances with major technology companies, marine associations and related government agencies. He will also be charged with developing the IT infrastructure for Sea Tow’s new 15,000 thousand sq. ft. corporate headquarters, scheduled for completion in the second half of 2005. Zaloom brings to Sea Tow over twenty years of experience in virtually all facets of IT development, including complete infrastructure development, network monitoring and analysis and the comprehensive management of client-facing personnel.
