The U.N. Refugee Agency in Yemen reported on Thursday that a boat carrying at least 45 refugees capsized on the coast of Yemen’s Taiz Wednesday night. There are only four survivors. The agency said that the boat capsized due to strong winds and overloading.

Fans flocked to the Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium in Vaires-sur-Marne on Saturday, still soaked from the rain that had soaked the Opening Ceremony of the Paris Olympics on Friday. The first heats of the single sculls for men and women were completed under calm, but damp conditions.
