Ensco plc Announces Cash Dividend

Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of US$0.75 per Class A ordinary share payable on 20 June 2014. The ex-dividend date for this payment is expected to be 5 June 2014, with a record date of 9 June 2014. Ensco’s dividend yield is among the top five percent of S&P 500® companies.
