Transfer and disposal of obsolete vessels

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is making available for public review and comment the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for transfer and disposal of approximately nine obsolete vessels from the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) to the Able UK facility located in Teesside, United Kingdom.
