European Satellite Link GmbH (ESL) acquired Hanika ESS GmbH. Hanika ESS is in line with ESL's strategy of expanding its offering to its professional satellite communications customers. With the acquisition of Hanika, ESS aims to extend its portfolio, to include developing service, installation and training. The integration process will start immediately.
