Lower Snake and Clearwater Rivers – navigation maintenance

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued a Notice stating that it intends to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for performing routine maintenance of the federal navigation channel and certain public port facilities on the lower Snake and Clearwater Rivers in Washington and Idaho. Comments on this project should be submitted by January 18, 2005. 69 Fed. Reg. 75308 (HK Law).
