Proposal: Streamline Maritime Comm Regs

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued a proposal to further implement the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) and continue the process of streamlining, consolidating, and revising domestic maritime radio regulations. Comments should be submitted by June 7, 2004. 69 Fed. Reg. 18007 (HK Law).
