Amongst the latest Department of Defense contracts is a Navy contract for Maritime International Inc. to supply mooring equipment, and a US Army Corps of Engineers maintenance dredging contract for Manson Construction.

Maritime International Inc., Broussard, La., is being awarded a $47,502,090 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement triangular and cylindrical fender separators, DDG ship separators, Kevlar straps, and related contract support services for mooring equipment at shipyards inside and outside of the United States.

Fiscal 2013 other procurement, Navy and fiscal 2013 operations and maintenance, Navy funding in the amount of $643,000 will be obligated at the time of award and contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work will be performed in Broussard, La., and work expected to be completed by September 2018.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Ship System Engineering Station, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N65540-13-D-0025).

Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Wash.,
has been awarded a $6,934,900 firm-fixed-price, option-eligible, non-multi-year contract for maintenance dredging of Oakland Inner & Outer Harbor Channel of approximately 421,000 cubic yards of materials.

Performance location will be Oakland, Calif., with funding from fiscal 2013 operations and maintenance, Army funds.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - San Francisco District, San Francisco, Calif., is the contracting activity (W912P7-13-C-0012).
