Lt. Gov. Treadwell to Keynote Ice-Diminished Arctic Conference

Lt. Governor Mead Treadwell will give a keynote presentation tomorrow at the 5th Symposium on the Impacts of an Ice-Diminished Arctic on Naval and Maritime Operations. Treadwell will highlight the need to plan for safe maritime operations, national security, and the economic impacts of an open Arctic Ocean.
