Cargo Vessel Hits Pier and Barges, Oregon

According to a report from The Daily Astorian, a U.S. Coast Guard investigation continues after a cargo vessel carrying lumber hit a pier and two barges at the Wauna Georgia Pacific paper mill in Astoria, Ore. on the evening of April 22.
