UK bans maritime services for Russian LNG Exports

In its latest effort to aid Ukraine in its fight against Russia, Britain will ban companies that provide services like shipping and insurance to Russian exports of liquefied gas. The European Union approved sanctions in October that will ban Russian LNG imports starting January 1, 2027.
