The state grain buyer of Jordan has announced an international tender for up to 120,000 tons of milling whey that can come from optional origins.

The deadline to submit price offers for the tender is 25 November.

The traders had expected a new announcement after Jordan's previous tender of 120,000 tons wheat Tuesday, which Jordan bought 60,000 tons.

The new tender seeks to ship 60,000 tons in 2026 in various combinations between January 1-15, and January 16-31.

Jordan has also released a separate tender for the purchase of 120,000 tons animal feed barley, which closes also on Wednesday. (Reporting and editing by Jane Merriman, Michael Hogan)
