Jordanian traders report that the country has issued a tender for up to 120,000 tons of wheat.
European traders said that Jordan's state grain buyer issued an international tender for the purchase of up to 120,000 metric tonnes of milling wheat. The origins can be optional, they added.
The deadline to submit price proposals in the tender is December 16.
After Jordan's previous tender of 120,000 tons wheat, traders had hoped for a new announcement.
The new tender seeks to ship 60,000-ton consignments between March 1-15, 16-31 and 1-15 April 2026.
Jordan has also issued a separate tender for the purchase of 120,000 tons?of?animal-feed barley. This tender closes on Wednesday. (Reporting and editing by Joe Bavier in Hamburg)
