PWHL Boston Fleet will play at TD Garden

Posted to Maritime Reporter on December 2, 2025

The Boston Fleet announced on Tuesday that it will be playing a spring game at TD Garden.

On April 11, the PWHL team will host the Montreal Victoire at the Boston Bruins' and Boston Celtics' home.

Laura Marie Davey, Fleet's director of business operations, said that hosting a Fleet match at TD Garden was a milestone for the organization. Playing at TD Garden is a great opportunity for the PWHL to be showcased on the largest stage in sports, and connect with fans across Greater Boston.

The TD Garden can accommodate nearly 18,000 spectators, which is nearly three times as many as the Fleet's home, the Tsongas Centre in Lowell, Mass.

Glen Thornborough is the president of TD Garden as well as the COO of Boston Bruins.

The TD Garden was built to provide world-class athletes, fans and a stage of the highest caliber. We are proud to offer the PWHL the NHL-level experience that they deserve. We're excited to add more women's sporting events to our calendar. The growth of women’s sports is inspirational.

The WNBA Connecticut Sun played at TD Garden in both of the last two summers. Both games were sold out.
